This patient was bothered by the deviation of her nasal bridge and had significant breathing issues despite no prior nasal trauma. She had significant deviation of her nasal septum and nasal valve collapse. She is shown 2 months after functional and cosmetic rhinoplasty with a straighter bridge and improvement in the nasal profile. In this case, we used spreader grafts as well as a caudal septal extension graft to support the tip and nasal valve.
