Septoplasty/Septal Perforation
Septoplasty corrective surgery provides lasting relief for individuals with a deviated septum, a condition that can cause chronic nasal obstruction, difficulty breathing, snoring, and frequent sinus infections. A septal perforation can be the result of a prior septoplasty or intra-nasal drug use. This can cause many nasal symptoms including dryness, nose bleeds, whistling and discomfort. Surgical options exist for correction of patients with a septal perforation.
Sleep-Related Breathing Issues
Corrective surgery for sleep and breathing issues can dramatically improve overall health and quality of life by addressing structural problems that cause airway obstruction, such as enlarged turbinates or adenoids, nasal valve collapse or stenosis or a deviated septum. By opening and stabilizing the airway, these procedures can reduce or eliminate snoring, improve oxygen flow during sleep, and significantly lessen symptoms of sleep apnea.
Septal Perforation
A septal perforation can be the result of a prior septoplasty or intra-nasal drug use. This can cause many nasal symptoms including dryness, nose bleeds, whistling and discomfort. Surgical options exist for correction of patients with a septal perforation. Septal perforation repair surgery offers significant relief for individuals suffering from symptoms like nasal crusting, frequent nosebleeds, whistling sounds while breathing, and chronic nasal discomfort caused by a hole in the nasal septum. This procedure restores the integrity of the septum, improving airflow, reducing irritation, and preventing further tissue damage. By sealing the perforation, patients often experience enhanced nasal function, better breathing, and a noticeable improvement in overall comfort and quality of life.
Chronic Sinusitis/Nasal Polyps
Sinusitis and nasal polyps can lead to significant issues with quality of life due to nasal breathing issues and chronic nasal drainage. Dr. Conderman is an expert in functional endoscopic sinus surgery and balloon sinuplasty. Each treatment is tailored to an individual’s needs and is assess through a comprehensive exam that includes performance of nasal endoscopy (placement of a small scope/camera to assess the inside of the nose)
Facial Trauma
Facial trauma corrective surgery restores both function and appearance after injuries to the face, such as fractures, lacerations, or soft tissue damage. This type of surgery not only repairs structural damage—improving breathing, speaking, or chewing—but also focuses on aesthetic restoration to help patients regain confidence in their appearance.
Chronic Rhinitis
Chronic rhinitis corrective surgery offers lasting relief for patients who suffer from constant nasal congestion, runny nose, sneezing, and postnasal drip that don’t respond well to medications. By targeting the overactive nasal tissues or nerves responsible for these symptoms—often through minimally invasive procedures like ClariFix or RhinAer—surgery can significantly reduce inflammation and restore normal nasal function.
Understanding ENT Procedure Costs

Most ENT services are covered through insurance, hoever a formal quote will be issued following your consultation if the services are not covered and this can be discussed with Dr. Conderman and his staff at the time of the consultation.
