This patient is shown 3 months after functional and cosmetic septorhinoplasty.  She had nasal valve collapse and wanted a straighter bridge with tip refinement and in improvement her nasal breathing.

This patient is shown 6 weeks after revision septorhinoplasty for correction of an inverted V and hanging columella as well as residual septal deviation and nasal valve collapse.  She had previously undergone a nasal surgery that left her with nasal obstruction and irregularities of her nasal bridge and tip.

This patient is shown 2 months after revision septorhinoplasty for deviation of the nasal tip with ongoing nasal valve collapse. She wanted improvement in her nasal breathing and more symmetry of the nostrils and nasal tip.

This patient is shown 3 months after functional and cosmetic rhinoplasty.  She wanted a natural result with more tip refinement and improvement in her profile with reduction of the dorsal hump.  In her case, we used a piezotome with ultrasonic rhinoplasty techniques for the bony work to minimize trauma to the nasal soft tissues.

This patient had prior nasal trauma resulting in severe deviation of the nasal dorsum requiring functional and cosmetic rhinoplasty.  She is shown at 4 months after her very challenging procedure with improvement in the straightness of the dorsum and a more elegant profile.

This patient had prior nasal trauma causing nasal obstruction with external deviation of the nasal dorsum.  Additionally, he had a small dorsal hump that resulted from the nasal trauma.  He is shown at 6 weeks after septorhinoplasty.
